We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join one of our growing teams. The role will involve supporting a large publications account, and some other smaller accounts, including an increasing amount of medical affairs business. You will have the confidence to build relationships with our key clients, working with our accounts team to manage workflows and financial processes, and contributing to strategic and tactical decision-making.
This role is ideal if you enjoy managing competing priorities, building strong client relationships and working as part of a close-knit team.
The friendly and supportive team meets in person each week, so this role suits someone who can easily commute to our office in the Oxfordshire countryside 1–2 times per week.
We are looking for a talented Senior Account Manager who has:
- publications account management experience in medical communications. Knowledge of Good Publications Practice guidelines and publication policies is desirable
- experience of managing project finances, team resourcing and forecasting
- the ability to think strategically and to provide innovative solutions
- experience of growing and developing a team as a line manager.
This role requires occasional travel to the USA and Europe.
