About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is hiring! We have a new opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or an established Senior Account Manager to join one of our HEOR focused teams. This role will offer the opportunity to partner with a varied group of clients on an interesting mix of work across HEOR, including value dossiers, publications and HTA submissions. This role will include a lot of strategically focused work, providing the opportunity to drive business development, alongside overseeing project and account management, costings, and proposals.

This role offers the opportunity for continued growth and development at either the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level. While previous experience within HEOR projects is highly advantageous, it is not essential as training will be provided.

The role will be ideally based at one of our Oxford offices, where this friendly and close-knit team regularly work together, but consideration will be given to other office locations dependent on experience.

We are looking for a talented individual with:
  • extensive account management experience gained working within a medical communications consultancy environment and the ability to deliver projects of the highest standard
  • a proven track record of providing strategic input into medical communications projects
  • demonstrable success in growing business (new or organic) and building close client relationships
  • the ability to train, mentor, and line manage new and experienced Account Managers/Account Executives,  providing advice, feedback, and direction as appropriate.
