About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is hiring! We have a new opportunity for an experienced HEOR writer to support and lead on a range of deliverables, including global value dossiers, payer tools and communications, systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis projects as well as Health Economic and Outcomes Research publications. The role comes with lots of variety, through the different project types and therapy areas that the team work on, including neurology, oncology, women’s health, rare diseases, and hearing impairment.

The team also has several clients, so there will be regular opportunities to develop proposals and participate in business development. So we are looking for an individual who can liaise confidently with our clients, providing strategic counsel and advising on content. You will also review the work of others and support the development of more junior team members.

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • extensive experience or working within a market access consultancy, with expertise in developing value communications of the highest standard.
  • a proven track record of providing strategic input into market access/value demonstration communication projects.
  • demonstrable success in growing business (new or organic) and building close client relationships.
  • the ability to train, mentor and line manage new and experienced consultants and writers, providing advice, feedback, and direction as appropriate.
