About the role

Are you a Senior Account Director who enjoys working on fast-paced accounts? Oxford PharmaGenesis has the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team for a 13-month fixed-term contract. You will provide senior strategic and operational oversight of busy medical affairs and publications accounts, including a large, fast-paced medical affairs account that has a focus on rare haematological disorders.

This role is ideal if you enjoy overseeing and advising on complex compliance and regulatory requirements for meetings and events, as well as managing account finances. Our friendly and supportive team meets regularly in person each week, so this role suits someone who can join us in our London office 1–2 times per week.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a talented Senior Account Director who has:

  • extensive account management experience in a medical communications agency, with senior oversight of medical affairs and publications accounts
  • the ability to think strategically, provide innovative solutions and advise on effective account processes
  • strong experience in meetings and events, with the knowledge to guide teams on applicable regulatory requirements, industry codes and client policies
  • strong relationship-building skills
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail
  • experience of overseeing complex project finances.
