About the role

Are you an experienced publications professional looking for a leading Communications Consultant role on a high-profile account? Join one of our busy teams at Oxford PharmaGenesis in our Oxfordshire office and support the delivery of impactful diabetes and obesity scientific communications.

This is the perfect role if you have extensive publications experience and are looking for a key role on a fast-paced account. The role will focus on delivering high-priority publications, including manuscripts and congress presentations, in a dynamic account environment. Experience in diabetes and obesity is advantageous.

We are looking for a talented Communications Consultant who:

  • has a science PhD, preferably in life sciences
  • has extensive experience delivering publications programmes, including manuscripts and congress deliverables
  • can ensure high-quality deliverables, manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • builds strong client relationships and acts as a trusted scientific partner
  • effectively partners with clients and internal teams to deliver projects that meet scientific and strategic objectives
  • can train, mentor and manage less-experienced Medical Writers, ensuring that the quality of their work reaches the highest standards. Can provide expert scientific and editorial feedback on writing to other colleagues
  • has experience in diabetes and obesity communications, or an interest in these therapy areas.
