Account Director - Australia

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an Account Director to lead and inspire colleagues in delivering innovative, high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team, mentor and develop talented individuals, and play a key role in the success of our business in the Asia-Pacific region.

A particular focus of this role will be working on a busy client account, delivering a broad range of medical communications programmes and deliverables, including events, training materials, slide decks, videos, publications and internal communications.

As a trusted client partner, you will provide strategic guidance, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value. You will also support projects across other client accounts and contribute to business development and growth activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a full-time hybrid position.  Ideally you will be based in Melbourne and able to work in our office 2-3 days per week.  We also welcome applications if you meet the role requirements and are based elsewhere in Australia or New Zealand.

We are looking for a motivated Account Director who has:

• extensive account or project management experience in medical communications
• considerable experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting
• the ability to think strategically, provide innovative solutions and adapt to changing client needs
• strong relationship-building and networking skills
• a track record of contributing to business growth and winning new business opportunities.
