About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Adviser to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in our Oxfordshire office.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our permanent recruitment activities and helping to create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will proactively source and screen candidates, coordinate assessments and interviews, communicate job offers, support recruitment events, and help to increase the visibility of our company on job boards and social channels.

You will have experience gained in either a recruitment agency or as part of an in-house talent acquisition team. You will also have a proactive, organized and detail-focused approach. Confidence using applicant tracking systems and strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills are essential, along with previous experience of supporting recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a skilled Talent Adviser who has:

  • a genuine passion for recruitment
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • an adaptable approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • previous experience in life sciences or the medical communications industry (highly desirable but not essential).
