About the role

Are you a consultancy and operational professional who thrives on turning insights into actions?  Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a motivated Client Success Consultant to drive continuous improvement across our global company.
 
 In this role within Global Operations Support, you will support our teams to deliver outstanding work to our clients and strengthen how we operate. This role would suit someone with experience in consultancy, client service and operations, and who enjoys developing and implementing innovative solutions.
 
 In this role, you will work closely with our Operations Director, Client Success and you will collaborate with our client teams to identify needs and skills gaps. You will deliver tailored support through training and mentoring and by providing practical, client-facing support.
 
 You will act as a key point of contact across the company, helping to bridge operational gaps and contributing to the development of global best practices and processes.
 
 We are looking for a talented Client Success Consultant who can:
  •  lead consultancy projects
  • design and deliver tailored skills enhancement programmes
  • build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with external clients
  • proactively identify operational gaps, and develop and implement innovative solutions
  • support the onboarding of new client accounts, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • provide expert input into training, processes and best practices that support operational excellence
  • bring a structured and collaborative approach.
