Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a new challenge in medical communications? Oxford PharmaGenesis has a new client services opportunity, working on a mix of medical affairs and publications projects, in one of our teams based in Oxfordshire.

You will have the opportunity to support the delivery and day-to-day management of publications projects, as well as symposia, advisory boards and workshops.

You will act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects. You will also support less experienced colleagues, contribute to project planning, and help to identify and manage risks across the account.

This role is ideal if you enjoy managing competing priorities, building strong client relationships and working as part of a close-knit team.

The team is looking for someone who can join them in the Oxfordshire office, but consideration will be given to other UK office locations.

We are looking for a talented Account Manager who has:

• experience in account or project management in medical communications
• a proactive and decisive approach
• experience in the financial management of projects and/or accounts
• strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail
