About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Global HR Team. In this people-orientated role, you’ll provide key administrative support and help to ensure consistent, best practice coordination of inductions and company-wide learning activities.

In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for stakeholders across our company, providing day-to-day coordination and support to the Global HR and Learning & Development (L&D) Teams. You’ll manage central email inboxes and help to ensure that colleagues receive a first-class, responsive service.

You’ll arrange and schedule inductions and mandatory company-wide training, liaising with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan sessions and to track completion. You’ll also support the use of the learning management system (LMS), including testing, first-line user support and troubleshooting. You will maintain accurate records for both teams, including trackers and learning logs.

We are looking a talented Global Learning & Development Coordinator who has:

  • relevant experience supporting a busy HR or L&D team in an administrative capacity
  • excellent time management and organization skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and confidence working with systems, data and reporting
  • great communication and stakeholder management skills, with a diplomatic and customer service-orientated style
  • a flexible and agile approach, with a positive and motivated mindset
  • LMS experience is very beneficial (e.g. Zensai).
