About the role

Are you an experienced Account Manager in the medical communications industry? Are you looking to develop your skills in a new role? Oxford PharmaGenesis has a new, 9-month fixed-term client services opportunity! This is a hybrid role based in our London office. 

The key focus of this role will be on a fast-paced dermatology/rheumatology global publications account. This will include managing publications projects end to end, overseeing manuscript delivery, congress publications and publication planning, and financial management. This client-facing role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external authors.

You will need to be enthusiastic and proactive, with an innovative and flexible approach. You will need the ability to adapt to changing client priorities, and work effectively with the team to provide solutions that exceed client expectations.  

We are looking for an Account Manager who has:

  • publications account management experience in medical communications, including thorough knowledge of Good Publications Practice
  • exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues quickly
  • the ability to develop and implement process improvements throughout all stages of the project life cycle to enhance efficiency and outcomes
  • experience in developing, tracking and reconciling project budgets
  • proficiency in iEnvision.

Owing to project timelines, this role requires consistent coverage during the peak months of August and September, so we are looking for someone with limited planned leave during these months.
