About the role

 Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the USA.

As an Account Manager, you will manage multiple publications-focused projects, ensuring that work is delivered to brief, on time and within budget, as well as in line with client compliance and company quality processes. You’ll be a key day-to-day point of contact for clients and other external stakeholders, providing clear status updates, coordinating author and internal team input, and providing solutions to keep projects progressing in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with internal specialists and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs, while also spotting opportunities to improve ways of working and supporting organic business growth.

We are looking for an Account Manager who has:
 
publications account management experience in medical communications
excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
strong project planning skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and keep teams aligned in a high-volume environment
proven financial management skills, including budget development, reconciliation/invoicing and accurate revenue forecasting
a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with an interest in process improvement and supporting account growth.
 
This is a remote position open to anyone currently living in the USA. You must also have the right to live and work in the USA.
