Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving business growth and building strong partnerships? Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Business Growth & Partnerships Team. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and help to deliver seamless, high-impact results across the company.
We are looking for someone who can join us in either of our Oxford offices or in our London office at least 2 days each week.
You will lead the company’s participation in industry events and congresses, overseeing logistics and managing delegate arrangements to guarantee a seamless experience for all attendees. This includes tracking delegate registrations and managing company submissions for events.
This is a pivotal role and will include supporting the delivery of marketing materials for meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by maintaining a daily dashboard to track the review process for important contracts, such as master service agreements (MSAs) and confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs). You will also track and manage supplier diversity initiatives to ensure the company’s compliance with supplier selection policies, supporting our commitment to diverse and ethical sourcing.
You will actively contribute to strategic planning meetings and manage the schedule for client business reviews, helping to align project activities with broader company objectives and client needs.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:
- demonstrable project management experience; a project management qualification would be advantageous
- experience in medical communications or in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in events logistics and management, plus accompanying social media campaigns
- excellent communication skills and the ability to form effective colleague and client relationships
- tenacity and a positive, can-do attitude.
If you are ready to make a real impact and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, then we would love to hear from you!
