Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Business Growth & Partnerships Team. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and help to deliver seamless, high-impact results across the company.

We are looking for someone who can join us in either of our Oxford offices or in our London office at least 2 days each week.

You will actively contribute to strategic planning meetings and manage the schedule for client business reviews, helping to align project activities with broader company objectives and client needs.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:

  • demonstrable project management experience; a project management qualification would be advantageous
  • experience in medical communications or in the pharmaceutical industry
  • experience in events logistics and management, plus accompanying social media campaigns
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to form effective colleague and client relationships
  • tenacity and a positive, can-do attitude.

If you are ready to make a real impact and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, then we would love to hear from you!
