About the role

Project Manager, Global Operations Support

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a talented and organized Project Manager to join a crucial internal team that supports global operations. You will support our dynamic, global company to ensure operational excellence and to deliver exceptional client service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multiple diverse projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the global team, supporting central auditing activities, and contributing to the development of best practices and processes.

We are looking for someone who can join us in our Oxford Barns office or in our London office at least 2 days each week, but you could be based in another of our UK offices.

Key responsibilities

  • To lead and manage multiple projects.
  • To build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • To track projects, lead status meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
  • To support the central auditing of publication management systems.
  • To contribute to the development of best practices and processes as a project management subject matter expert.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has:

  • proven experience in project or account management, ideally in a global or cross-functional setting. Experience in a medical communications agency would be advantageous
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
