About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a talented and organized Project Manager to join an internal team, where you will be involved in global operations and consultancy. You will support our dynamic, global company to ensure operational excellence and to deliver exceptional client service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multiple diverse projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for project managing the team, supporting central auditing activities, and contributing to the development of global best practices and processes.

We are ideally looking for someone who can join us in our Oxford Barns office or in our London office 2 or 3 days each week, but consideration will be given to our other UK offices.

Key responsibilities

  • To lead and manage multiple projects.
  • To build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • To track project projects, lead team status meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
  • To support the central auditing of publication management systems.
  • To contribute to the development of best practices and processes as a project management subject matter expert.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has:

  • experience in project or account management, ideally in a global or cross-functional setting – ideally within a medical communications agency
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • a solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
