About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Business Growth & Partnerships Team.

In this role, you will support our local management teams and client teams with the development of new and existing business opportunities.

Reporting to the Client Partnerships Director, you will be curious, proactive and passionate about business development. You will be able to think strategically about client challenges that we can address through our unique HealthScience approach. You will be familiar with requests for information, requests for proposals and pitches, enabling us to have a consistent and integrated approach to business development

The Business Growth & Partnerships Team is mainly based in Oxfordshire and London, and so this role will suit someone who can commute to one of our Oxford offices or to our London office at least twice each week.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has:

  • expertise in strategic planning 
  • experience in growing client business and nurturing client relationships
  • a track record of engaging teams to facilitate strategic account planning 
  • strong process and project management skills
  • enthusiasm to contribute to our continued success
  • an interest in analytics, reviewing client data and evaluating industry information, and in collating this information.
