Are you an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager looking for a new challenge in medical communications? Oxford PharmaGenesis has a new client services opportunity with one of our teams based in both our central Oxford and London offices. The team is looking for someone who can join them in the office 1–2 days each week.
In this role, you will be partnering with a varied group of clients on an interesting mix of work in integrated evidence generation planning, literature reviews, internal communications and workshops, with a lot of strategically focused work. You will be responsible for overseeing project and account management, costings and proposals, and you will have the opportunity to drive business development.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced role, where projects need to advance daily, especially during the peak integrated evidence generation planning season. You will have the confidence to build relationships with our key clients, working with our accounts team to manage workflows and financial processes, and you will contribute to strategic and tactical decision-making.
Skills and experience
We are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who has:
- significant experience in account or project management in medical communications
- the ability to think strategically and to provide innovative solutions
- great relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail
- experience in the financial management of projects and/or accounts.
