Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis within our established team.
In this people-orientated role, you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all levels of the company, coaching and supporting senior leaders by providing HR input and advice on how HR solutions can support company strategy.
You will be responsible for utilizing key performance indicators and other data to support benchmarking, identifying and anticipating potential employee-relations issues and supporting senior leaders in dealing with them effectively and promptly.
This is a hybrid role and can be based at either our Oxford or London office.
We are looking for an experience HR Business Partner who has:
- extensive HR experience
- a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification (at least level 5)
- excellent knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation
- experience of providing high-level support.
