About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our friendly and rapidly growing London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract beginning in November 2023.

As an Office Coordinator, you will have a varied role and your responsibilities will include working on reception, welcoming visitors, receiving and arranging shipments, organizing the office and meeting rooms, and coordinating health and safety checks and office maintenance. You will also support the new colleague and leaver processes liaising with relevant parties. There is also plenty of opportunity to roll your sleeves up and support the office in many other ways. If you are proactive, confident and great at giving a warm welcome, then this could be the perfect role for you!

You will be based in our London office, working as part of our fast-paced Facilities Team.

We are looking for a talented Office Coordinator who has:
  • extensive experience of office coordination and reception duties
  • great organization and prioritization skills
  • a warm and helpful approach.
