About the role

Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced all-round Project Manager to work within our Digital team to manage and deliver projects at regional and global levels, working with both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage projects across their entire lifecycle, working alongside our client delivery teams to develop project scopes, estimates and timelines, and oversee successful delivery. The role requires strong project management skills to maintain control of resourcing requirements, key milestones, and project and financial status.

Working within our Digital team, you are also likely to collaborate with colleagues in our Creative, Development, Informatics and eLearning teams, delivering projects such as emails, websites, videos and eLearning modules (both individually and as part of larger projects, such as congresses).

To manage projects successfully, an understanding of the various stages, roles and skillsets involved in different project types is required, as is an appreciation of how each role inputs into the bigger picture project, including content development, creative, UX, motion editing and digital build.

This role can be based in either of our beautiful Oxford offices, remotely in the UK or a hybrid of the two.

 We are looking for a talented Project Manager who has:  

  • experience working within a creative, digital or medical communications agency environment
  • experience of project management across a range of project types, such as congresses, websites and videos
  • experience arranging and managing video projects
  • knowledge of different roles and stages within a digital project (e.g. UX, development, wireframing) and experience in working with them
  • good problem solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and find solutions
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • the ability to multi-task and work under pressure on multiple projects
  •  experience working across teams with different specialisms
