This role is ideal for someone with an interest in science and a desire to help our clients bring new treatments to the world in areas of unmet medical need.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting an engaging and talented project team, ensuring timely and successful project delivery within the approved budget. Activities on client accounts include the development of scientific publications, the design and delivery of virtual and in-person meetings, podcasts and online training, and the preparation of materials to be presented at congresses. This particular role will focus on publications and publications strategy.

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator who has:
- a Bachelor’s degree
- an understanding of project management processes and life cycle
- a desire to interact with clients, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- great organization skills, with the ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
This role could be based at our US office in Philadelphia or you could work remotely within the USA.
